Thank you for visitng our site!! Orders placed ON THIS WEBSITE are picked from our warehouse and shipped to the restaurant of your choice.

**Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be ready the following business day for pickup. You will receive an email that your order is ready to pick up.

If you arrive before receiving the email notification your order may not be ready as some products on this site may not be available for regular purchase in store and are shipped in when ordered.

Is there a minimum order required to qualify for in-store pickup?

Yes. Your order must total $25 or more before taxes.

Are there fees for using Coco Brooks Marketplace?

No. There are no fees when using Coco Brooks Marketplace Pickup. It is absolutely free.

What is the return policy?

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. A product can be returned within 30 days, and a cheque will be mailed within 30 days. A receipt is required for all refunds/exchanges.

What if an item I’ve ordered is not available. Will substitutions be made?

If an item is out of stock we will replace it with a comparable item of equal or greater value, free of charge. You are welcome to reject replacement items and receive a refund instead.

How do I apply coupon codes?

If you have a coupon or promotional code, you can redeem it during the Checkout process.
